Current club Young Player of the Year, David Sayer, a 17 year-old fast bowler, who took 27 wickets @ 16.74 apiece during the NCL campaign, has been included in the England Under 17 squad to tour Dubai in February.
Earlier in 2014 his older brother Rob Sayer (19) went to the United Arab Emirates with England to play in the Under 19 World Cup before playing the first half of the season with PTCC before continuing his summer with Leicestershire CCC.
Young fast bowler Joe Dawborn took 79 NCL wickets @ 22.34.
