Peterborough Town Cricket Club played an England PCA Legends team on Friday 28 July 2023.
It is important to highlight that Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH) is the Club’s chosen charity for 2023 and funds raised will be donated to the hospital and to establish a Trust fund in the name of Karishma Patel, the sister of one of junior cricketers Aakash, who sadly passed away last December.
Date: Friday 28th July 2023 at The Dalrod Sports Ground
Start Time: 4pm. The coin toss will take place at 3:30pm. Spectators are welcome to arrive from 2pm.
Format: 20 overs a team
Admission:
FREE entry for all spectators. Any donations towards GOSH will be greatly appreciated.
The pedestrian entrance to the cricket ground from the car park will be adjacent to the Clubhouse and the hockey pitch as well as the side entrance on the road leading to the overspill car park.
Off Field Entertainment: Junior softball cricket matches for U9s and U11s will be taking place from 12:30pm through to 3:30 pm. Hospitality will be taking place in the VIP marquee from midday with lunch served from 1pm.
