Peterborough Town CC booked a return date at the Northants Twenty20 Finals Day with comfortable quarter-final wins on 15th July.
PTCC beat Finedon by five wickets after making a blistering start to their match at Wollaston CC, where Finden found themselves 6-4 at the end of the second over as Joe Dawborn claimed three victims in his first over. For PTCC Asim Butt scored 48 in the successful run chase.
PTCC and Oundle Town, who also progressed to the semi-finals, have dominated the competition in recent seasons, winning it twice apiece in the last four years.
Finals Day will be at the Northants County Ground, Northampton on Sunday, 27 July.
The semi-final draw will be made that morning - fellow Northants Premier Division sides Horton House and Wollaston are the other semi-finalists - the first match will start at 10.30am.
