The team at MKK is sincerely sorry for the delays in delivery of your 2012 cricket kit.
This email is not to offer up excuses for this failure. The problem is ours, we are deeply sorry and everyone at MKK is working flat out to put things right.
Last week a senior member of the MKK team flew to China to resolve the issues causing the delays on-site with the kit supplier. From these meetings we believe your kit will be with us soon. The moment it arrives in our UK warehouse we will let you know and quickly process it for delivery to you.
We must also apologise for the failures in our customer service. It simply hasn't been good enough and was found wanting when customers needed it most.We are putting it right as a matter of urgency. Your main club contact will receive a telephone call from MKK within 24 hours to check this email has been received to provide additional contact information to allow immediate and direct access to the MKK support team.
You can be assured that we are doing everything humanly possible to get your kit to you without further delay. We promise to keep you updated via email and on the MKK website.
MKK is proud to be a leading supplier of sportswear in the UK and while we are sincerely sorry for getting things so wrong on this occasion, we are determined to get things back on track as soon as possible.
